Welcome to rent this newly built design villa. The perfect place to recharge your batteries, enjoy the nature and lake and still within easy access to the city of Stockholm. The property has a 100 meter private shoreline with a big jetty and a new wood fired sauna. The lake Båven is known for its clear water and rich bird life. The tap water in the house is from the lake and is purified naturally.

What a wonderful week at Sjöbacka! It’s a really well designed and comfortable furnished villa at a marvelous lakeside place. We enjoyed the great view, the tranquility and especially the swimming in the lake. Bathrooms, kitchen and all the machines are clean and in a hygienically perfect condition. The house and its setting were even more beautiful than the pictures. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed gazing out the windows, swimming in the lake, taking the boat out.
